Experience Our Unique Self-Serve Wine Bar

Our self-serve wine preservation machines let customers sample a selection of 70 wines, each dispensed at the push of a button. This fun, self-serve option lets the customer select a sip, a taste, or a glass.

It’s an innovative way to sample a variety of wines to find what you like best before committing to a full glass. Guests can pour samples until they decide to sit and sip, or they can spend the evening with small pours.

How Does It Work?

  • Step 1. Get a wine card! Start a tab by exchanging your credit card for a wine card at the wine station.

  • Step 2. Insert card! Each wine machine contains a card reader which you will insert your card into before pouring.

  • Step 3. Select your pour! After inserting your card to the machine, choose from either a 1 oz., 3 oz., or 5 oz. pour. Simply place your glass under the spout and choose from one of the three options.

  • Step 4. Remove your card! Don’t forget to remove your remove your card from the machine, you’ll need it again to continue tasting.

  • Step 5. Rinse & Repeat

Self-Serving Safely & Responsibly

Due to the nature of our self-serve wine dispensers, safe and responsible is a priority. The Shaker & Vine has put into place the following policies to ensure safe and responsible self-service.

  • No wine cards are permitted to leave the premises.

  • Wine cards are attached to a credit card. 1 card per card.

  • All customers using the wine dispensing machines must obtain their own glass at the wine bar.

  • Any customer using the wine dispensing machines may be asked to produce identification at any time.

  • No one under the age of 21 is allowed in the establishment. This includes children of all ages with parents or guardians.

Wine cards can and will be locked remotely:

  • If the card is removed from the establishment.

  • If the holder of the card is visibly intoxicated.
